About Noola
Noola Fitzgerald spent thirty-one years as cabin crew, the last twelve as Senior Cabin Services Manager, on the routes the Irish leave on: London, Boston, Toronto, Dubai, Perth, Sydney. She will tell you this.
She is retired now, to Ballynotions in the Midlands, where she runs a table at the parish fete: keepsakes for the people who went away, and the people they left at home. Everything is checked twice, wrapped properly, and sent the way she was trained.
Her husband, a retired captain, helps by not getting in the way.
