Who we are. Ballynotions is run by James Gorman, a sole trader in Ireland. Contact: hello@ballynotions.com.
What we collect. Your email address, the date and time you signed up, the wording you agreed to, your country (worked out from your connection, not stored as an IP address) and, if present, which link brought you here.
Why. To email you when Ballynotions opens and occasionally before that. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Who handles it. The list is stored on Cloudflare. When we open, it will move to our email provider, Brevo (data stored in the EU), to send the emails. We never sell or share it.
How long. Until you unsubscribe, or two years after our last email to you, whichever is sooner.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object, by emailing us. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
